Jiko

Jiko, the Cooking Place, opened in 2001 in the Animal Kingdom Lodge in the vicinity of the Animal Kingdom.  This was my second visit.  It features African cuisine and an extensive African wine list, among the best in the world, though the French won't admit it.
	I was half-way through the monkfish before I remembered to photograph it.  You'll just have to imagine the grilled octopus salad -- delicious.
The Cooking Place is a stage kitchen, with lots of very friendly folks. Tiffany, my server, is just to the left of the fat guy.
