Dinner was at the Yachtsman Steakhouse in the hotel. They feature roasted elephant garlic with the bread course. We'll try to nail down the recipe. |

After we returned to the room, we enjoyed the bulk of the EPCOT Illuminations display, at 9, from our balcony, with a view over the roof of The Beach Hotel. |
