We drove down from Jacksonville and checked into the Yacht Hotel around 1800. Where else would you find a lamp with Captain Mickey Mouse as the base? |

Dinner was at the Yachtsman Steakhouse in the hotel. They feature roasted elephant garlic with the bread course. We'll try to nail down the recipe. |

We both had the lobster bisque. Oops --- the camera was forgotten until after the soup was gone. I'll try and do better with the camera |

Lyd enjoyed the Charred Angus Bourbon Strip Steak- |

And I had the Angus NY Strip Steak with Bleu Cheese Sauce. |

After we returned to the room, we enjoyed the bulk of the EPCOT Illuminations display, at 9, from our balcony, with a view over the roof of The Beach Hotel. |
