I love what is prepared for me at at the sushi counter at the California Grill.  Taste and Presentation are outstanding. Mouse below to each of the selections and Takshi will tell you what they are.  I'm going to ask him (not revealing trade secrets, of course) how each of these is prepared.  Several of the chefs are working and they work fast, so it is hard to tell who is making what!
