WDW Weekend
Sunday, January 14, 2007

We awoke to a cool morning and the promise of yet another beautiful day. After taking the boat to MGM, we went 1st, in a light rain, to the Great Movie Ride. From their it was Star Tours and then Muppet 3-D. We toured the exhibit of the making of Narnia and the exhibit to Walt Disney before reporting to the Brown Derby for a light lunch. We then returned to the room to watch Seattle vs. Chicago.
The Disney PhotoPass folks took our picture.

MGM Studios

The current theme is "Where Dreams Come True."  We found this replica of Jack near the front gate in a memorabilia store.
This storm-trooper was signing autographs as "Storm Trooper" outside the Star Tours attraction.
We visited an attraction featuring the making of the Chronicles of Narnia. There was a short presentation in a very realistic forest with a soft floor as if snow covered. We then went into a small area of exhibits about the technology of Narnia. We purchased the movie while leaving the park.

Before lunch we visited the exhibit dedicated to Walt Disney and his life and visions. There are several models of props and set designs for various movies and theme parks
