Flying Fish

Menu

We sat at the "High Bar" of the Flying Fish, directed by Chef de Cuisine, Tim Keating. This is a highly noted seafood restaurant in the Boardwalk area and one of our favorites.
We started with our traditional Manhattan ($7) and Vodka Martini ($7) expertly served by "Tattood Bill Roberts"

Lyd's Choices

Chardonnay-steamed Mussels fennel, Pesto Cream Sauce, Grilled Sourdough ($13) with a glass of Fess Parker Riesling ($8)
Grilled Maine Diver Scallops Spring pea Risotto di Carnaroli, Basil, Marscarpone, and Serrano Ham Cracklins ($36) with a glass of Sonoma Chadonnay ($11.50)

Tom's Choices

Crispy Fried Calamari Vietnamese Dipping sauce, Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Snipped chives ($13)
Citrus Schezuan Peppercorn-crusted Yellowfin Tuna Loin Tiny Bok Choy, Asian Mushrooms, Curried Carrot-Coconut Emulsion (which Robert served on the side) ($32)
Bill and Larry took very good care of us for the evening.
