Tom participated in the Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Team that recommended district accreditation for the St. Johns County School District of Florida.

The team assembled at the Hilton Hotel in downtown St. Augustine. We had dinner with the superintendent and senior staff and then spent the evening preparing for Monday. Wilbert's flights went awry and he joined us after dinner.
