A Day Trip to the Hyatt in Cambridge

12/30/08: We drove to Cambridge to the Hyatt Hotel and the Water's Edge Restaurant.

Lyd and Margaret each had a glass of Pinot Grijio (14.75). They each had a bowl of Cream of Crab soup (9), but Lyd found it to be basically a white sauce with crab, but no flavor. Margaret ordered the Crab Cakes (16). Lyd chose the Margarita Pizza (10) Tom had the Reuben Sandwich (12).

Dexter was our server. He could use more training in serving tables. He never offered tea refills; did not remove dishes, and took a long time to bring the check. We did have a lovely drive over and back and the facility is beautiful.
