Roof Problems |
January 4, 2009 |
New Year's Eve produced a lot of heavy winds and Lyd elected to spend the night at 823 as there was a wind chill expectation in single digits.
Saturday, January 3rd, when Margaret came for dinner, she noticed we had a roof problem above the back door.
It appears the heavy winds folded back a portion of the roof over the back door.
We called Dave Dunn, Roofer and they came and did a quick patch.
They're scheduled to do a complete repair for $515.

Work began on the 15th and finished on the 21st. David's dog, Sheba, supervised his work from inside our warm house.

The work was delayed, quite understandably, by the birth of David's 1st child, Lillian, to David and Martha Steele.
