Goin nuts

Margaret took the three of us to dinner at Goin Nuts. The food was good, but they were very crowded on this Friday night, and very noisy. Service was not good, probably because of the crowd. When Victor and Elaine return from Florida, we're going to suggest that our dinner night out might be moved to Thursday.

Margaret had a Dewar's on the rocks, and Lyd had Dewar's and soda, (5.66). Tom had a pair of Maker's Mark Manhattans (6.60). Lyd and Margaret each had Fried Oysters (8.95). Margaret and I each had side salads (4.25), though mine came with dinner. We do like their croutons, which appear to be fried. Lyd had a Half-Caesar, (4.25) Margaret and Lyd each had the crab cake sandwich, (9.25). Lyd's was broiled and Margaret's fried. Tom had Veal Picatta, (19.95)
