Cactus Taverna

We took the family to Cactus Taverna for dinner. A Thursday night, the crowd was smaller and more manageable. It was a pleasant evening.
We had three Margaritas (6), and two Dewar's (6) for cocktails.
They provided us with an unlimited quantity of Chips & Salsa.
Lyd and Margaret split an order of Mussels, a dozen mussels swimming in garlic butter (8.95).
Lyd chose the special of Egg Plant Barco (15.95).
Tom selected the Grouper, a twelve ounce filet of fish lightly encrusted with parmesan cheese and topped with a light creamy white wine sauce with artichoke hearts and mushrooms (16.95).
Margaret, Elaine and Victor each had the Shrimp Cancun, Six butterflied jumbo shrimp broiled with white wine and butter then topped with a creamy seafood sauce (16.95).
Every entree comes with an order of Black Beans and Rice.
Cactus Taverna finishes the meal with a glass of Port for each diner.
