We took the family to Olive Garden for our Thursday night dinner.
The restaurant was fairly crowded, even with a recession.
We sat in the bar, as has become our habit.
Brad was our server.

This past weekend was Elaine's birthday. Lyd had given Victor a hard time about his birthday gift to his wife. So, on bended knee, she was contrite...sort of.

Tom had his Maker's Mark Manhattan (7.25), which was excellent. Lyd and Margaret each had Dewar's and Soda (5.35). Victor chose a Budweiser (3.35)

|
|
Everybody enjoyed the signature Olive Garden Salad...
|

... with Bread Sticks.

|
Victor and Margaret shared one order and Lyd had an order to herself of Mussels di Napoli (9.25).

|
Elaine, Victor and Margaret each chose soup and salad with Zuppa Toscana (9.75)
|
|
 |
|
Lyd and I each selected the Seafood Alfredo (14.95)
|
|
 |
|
Finally, Margaret and Elaine split one serving and Lyd and I split the other Tiramisu (5.65)

|
|
|
As always, a visit to the Olive Garden is pleasant, so this will stay on our Thursday night rotation. Next week is Margaret's turn.
