Tom selected the Pork Milanese, Pan-seared pork scaloppini crusted with Italian herb breadcrumbs, served with asiago cheese-filled tortelloni pasta tossed in a garlic-butter sauce with fresh spinach (14.95). The breadcrumb coating was a little too thick and the pork a bit dry
