| Margaret and Lyd enjoy a moment together before dinner. Chef Hughes came to chat with us and presented us, when we left, not only the 213 scones for which he is famous, but a frozen stash of uncooked scones for us to prepare on our own (350o until puffy and golden.) We plan to save these for when Kate and Sal come down later in October. |
