We left Margaret's at 0745, well ahead of schedule. This was fortunate as there was a traffic incident just west of the Bay Bridge and we lost 20 minutes creeping along. Passing through security was thorough, but not that uncomfortable. We had lunch at a McDonalds and then boarded the flight. We had cocktails aloft on the way to Orlando, Dewar's and soda for the ladies and Jack Daniels and gingerale for me.. We landed 20 minutes early, but that was squandered when there was no gate for us to deplane. When we finally made it to baggage claim, Chris Peters of Mears Transportation was waiting for us and drove us to the Contemporary. The check in procedure was easy and quite posh. It took a while to locate the park tickets left for us by Lisa, and longer still to secure our luggage which had been delivered at 1000 in the morning by UPS. I was disappointed to learn that the delivery of the luggage involved a "processing fee" of $10/bag by the convention center. The promised commode chair proved to be more of a problem, which had no solution, today. The front desk says they'll secure the necessary furniture tomorrow. The Atrium Club offers many amenities.
