Don and Zach continued the floor tiling. The pocket door was cut a little shorter to accomodate the tile going underneath it.

The stove outlet arced, so it needs to be inspected.

The trim work was completed. Dicky installed the under-cabinet lighting and other electrical work and Polliard worked on the duct work and the plumbing.

After only a weekend, Danny and his associates surprised us with the counter top! Rick completed most of the trim work.

Rob Messick spent some time on the dry wall and made notes on the work remaining.
Danny and his assistant, John, from Mid-Shore Marble and Granite, spent an hour creating, on cardboard, the template for the kitchen counter.
It will take about a week to cut it and bring it back for installation.

Chris and Rick finished up the kitchen cabinets though Rick had to leave for a short while when his 16-year-old son had a seizure at Parkside.

The cabinet installation resumed at 0830. We suspect the sink cabinet may not be compatible with the sink we ordered and sent an email to Greg.
After consultations with Donnie, it was decided to alter the cabinet to
accommodate the sink.
Polliard sent a plumber to fix the family room toilet.

We picked the sink and faucets for the kitchen. We then picked colors and drawer pulls.

We visited with Michael at Shore Appliance Connection and made a tentative selection of a new refrigerator.
We also met with Erica and Lyd selected cabinet facings and brought home several samples for the counter top.
