Yellowtail Snapper
At Tony's suggestion, Tom had the Crispy Tempura Whole Local Day-boat Yellowtail Snapper with Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry, Sweet Chili-Ginger-Miso Glaze, Lemongrass, Coriander, Mirin, Lime and Coconut-laced Butter Dipping Sauce. (38). When Tom placed his order, Theresa, reluctantly, said they were "out." When informed it was Tony's suggestion, she confirmed that one had been "saved." Tony did say that this entree would be worthy of a picture for our website, and he wasn't wrong. Fortunately, the tempura batter covered the eyes so the fish wasn't "lookin' at me!"
Sal got a snapper later in the week at Narcoossee's that looked the same.
