I'm officiating at the Commissioner's Academic Challenge at the Coronado Springs Hotel at Walt Disney World.
Margaret is with us again and we're staying at Bay Lake Tower.

Background

Dinner at The California Grill.
Gary had the south end of the dining room which was fine with us.
We started with drinks, of course, and the kitchen sent out a nice amuse bouche.
We each had the Crispy Asian Rock Shrimp Salad.
Lyd and Margaret each had the Zuckerman's Farm Grilled Asparagus Tart and
I had the Maine Lobster Salad.
We all had desserts.
I chose the Lemon Trio;
Margaret the Coconut-Mango Panna Cotta and
Lyd the Valrhona Chocolate Cake.
Midway through dinner, one of the cast members called for everyone’s attention and presented us with the California Grill Sunset (no charge)
