I'm officiating at the Commissioner's Academic Challenge at the Coronado Springs Hotel at Walt Disney World. Margaret is with us again and we're staying at Bay Lake Tower.

Dinner at Artist Point. Neither Matt nor Michael were working tonight. I started with the signature Portobello Mushroom soup while the ladies each had the Mussels as their entrées. I tried the venison and found it quite good. For dessert, Lyd had the Apple Tart and Margaret had the Strawberries and Crème.
