The finale was another Birthday Surprise for Margaret. Another plate of chocolate arrived featuring a princess statue flanked by two columns with Brandy-filled cherries on top. The statue and the columns were, of course, white chocolate. Cindy, Citricos’ Area Manager and dear friend, stopped by for a visit and we learned that Cindy had an argument with Chef Phillip which she lost. Cindy wanted to be there when the “Chocolate Picture” was to be presented. So did Chef Phillip. Well, Phillip was present on Monday, but was off the rest of the week. Cindy was off on Monday but was present the rest of the week. The “picture” was presented Monday, as Chef requested.
