We were seated at the Grand Floridian Café and Chef Anthony came out to visit with us, presenting us with an amuse bouche. He introduced us to Beatrice, a manager. We each had a pair of Fess Parker Rieslings (9@). Lyd had the French Onion Soup and I enjoyed the Butter Nut Squash Soup. Lyd followed with the Shrimp Cocktail appetizer.
