FEBRUARY AT DISNEY WORLD

We're spending the week of Lyd's 63rd birthday at Bay Lake Tower at Walt Disney World.
Citricos
Curtis, Manager of Citricos, seated us at Table 64, adjacent to Table 100, our table. Tiffany, assisted by Amy from the University of Wisconsin, were our servers, Amy, “earning her ears.” Chef Phillip sent out an amuse bouche. We started with a Beefeater Martini (7.50), a Maker’s Mark Manhattan (9.25) and a bottle of Gerwertz (39). We split an order of the artisanal cheeses (14) but I didn’t get a picture. Finally, at Chef Phillip’s suggestion, we each had the Madeira-braised Short Ribs with Trofie pasta, Wild Mushroom Ragout and truffle Crème Fraiche (42). Alex took pictures and presented us with a nice commemorative folder.
