Tom officiated at the 27th Commissioner's Academic Challenge at the Contemporary Hotel at Walt Disney World.
We stayed at Bay Lake Tower.

Though our ADR was for 7:25, it was nearly 8 before we were seated at one of Gary’s tables. Lyd had Southern Style Crab and Tomato Salad with Fried Green Tomatoes, Jumbo Lump Crab and Spicy Remoulade (19). She followed this with the Oak-fired Filet of Beef with Zuckerman’s Farms Delta Asparagus, Truffled Potatoes and Teriyaki Barbecue (47). Soft Shell Crab was on the menu as an entrée, but Sous Chef Christiansen agreed to give one to Yoshie, who prepared a Medusa Roll with Tuna Three Ways for me (26). I followed this with the Spicy Kazan Roll of Crab, shrimp, bay scallops, tuna and Fireball Sauce (22). We also split a bottle of Gundlach Bundschu Merlot, Mt Cuvee, ’08 (52).
