Tom officiated at the 27th Commissioner's Academic Challenge at the Contemporary Hotel at Walt Disney World. We stayed at Bay Lake Tower.

We arrived just at 1930.
Stephanie was our server.
She tells us that Matt and Kelly went to Ohio and she’s going to send an email to Matt on our behalf.
Lyd started with a North Flight Martini (9.25) snd I had an excellent Maker’s Mark Manhattan (9.25).
Though this is the home of the Smokey Portobello Mushroom Soup, we do it well enough at home so we didn’t feel a need to do it here.
Instead, Lyd opened with the Penn Cove Roasted Oysters (13) with Dungeness Crab Ceviche.
I picked the Kettle-Steamed Penn Cove Mussels (14) in Copper Ale with Meyer Lemon, Fennel and Sourdough toast.
Stephanie helped us select a bottle of the Hogue Riesling (35) and we each had the Wild Caught Prawn and Crab “Hot Pot” (32) with mussels, crispy pork, Jasmine rice, and spiced Thai Coconut Broth.
We skipped dessert and took the launch back to the Contemporary.
