Following our tour of Lakeside Assisted Living at Mallard Landing, Lyd's pick for lunch is Drummer's Cafe in the Atlantic Hotel in Berlin.
Margaret started with a small bowl of Butternut Squash bisque (4.95) and then had an appetizer order of the
fried oysters (12.50).
Lyd started with the oysters (12.50) and then had the daily special
(10.95) of a fancy grilled cheese, with inedible, burned French Fries.
I started with Seared Tuna (13.95), Rare - Crusted with sesame seeds and coriander, with seaweed salad, crispy won tons, wasabi, pickled ginger, ponzu and then had the
Islander Sandwich (8.95), a club sandwich on soft rye that was way too thick to eat.
