We're sailing to and from New Orleans, aboard the "Queen of the Mississippi" on our 2nd cruise with American Cruise Lines.
We had cocktails at 1730 in the Magnolia Room. From there, we went on to dinner where we were joined by Russ and Terry Lebel from Delray Beach, FL and Jack and Itha Ramption from Salt Lake City, UT. Lyd and I each had the Chicken and Andouille Gumbo. Lyd had the Pan-Seared Native Snapper with arugula, rice pilaf, and warm red and yellow tomato salad, and I had the Pan-Seared Bone-in Pork Chop with Creamy Corn Maque Choux, and Wilted Spinach. Lyd finished with the Chess Pie and I ended with the Lemon Meringue Pie.
