We're sailing to and from New Orleans, aboard the "Queen of the Mississippi" on our 2nd cruise with American Cruise Lines.
For dinner, we both started with the Gulf Shrimp Bisque. Lyd moved on to the Pan Seared Medallion of Salmon with rice pilaf, zucchini with red peppers and pineapple salsa and I had the Oven Roasted BBQ Beef Brisket with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and braised greens. For dessert, she selected the Orange Sour Cream Cake and I had the Cheesecake with Sour Cherry Compote. At 2015, the Storytelling with Judy Davis started in the Magnolia Lounge, but we did not attend. At 2030, we docked in Baton Rouge for the night.
