My only night on my own in Paris was spent in the hotel where I had dinner. From the menu I ordered: A Maker's Mark Manhattan (€20) which was quite good and a Green Salad (€5) of many, many types of greens. I followed this with the LE FOIE GRAS (€25) of Foie Gras and duck breast terrine with truffle Cream and LE HOMARD (€39) of Lobster, ginger and pepper sauce served with seasonal vegetables accompanied by 2 glasses of Pouilly Fume les Demoiselles (€14 each).
