At 0330, in Juneau, the iPad alarm went off and we quickly dressed and took our remaining two pieces of luggage down to Deck 1.
We said our goodbyes and joined one other passenger in the cab ride to the airport.
The driver said he “forgot” to start the meter and said it was a $25 fare.
Although this was clearly a scam, I paid it anyway.
We cleared security quickly and boarded.
The flight departed at 0604, only a few minutes late.
For breakfast, we had a rather poor breakfast sandwich.
We landed in Seattle at 0911 PDT, and, of course, it's raining.
When the Philadelphia flight was called, we boarded quickly and on time with an 1122 departure.
For lunch, Lyd had a pasta something and I had a chicken something.
The cream cake dessert was good.
The flight was uneventful although they did awaken the passengers with an hour left aloft to listen to their pitch for their credit card.
We landed on time and moved to the shuttle terminal and the “cattle yard” which serves the shuttle flights.
The final leg home was also uneventful and we were in the house before 2200.
