Tom had chosen Cactus Taverna for Thursday's lunch.
We hadn't been there for 4 years and decided to give it another chance.
However, they are only open for lunch on Sundays, so it's East Moon.
Instead of the Hibachi Room, we took a table in the dining room.
I started with the Two-Roll luncheon special (7.95) of a house salad and a Spicy Tuna Roll and an eel cucumber roll.
Lyd and I also split a bottle of White Zin (14.95).
She and Margaret each had the Hibachi Filet Mignon and Shrimp (15.95) and I had the Hibachi Shrimp and Scallop (14.95).
We were the only party in the dining room for lunch, but, whereas they’ve only been open a few weeks, we’re hoping business will improve.
