With a goal of enjoying the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival and the Christmas Holiday decorations, Lyd and I are making our first trip to Walt Disney World in November.
We'll be at Bay Lake Tower (BLT) at the Contemporary Hotel.

We ordered a bottle of Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling (35).
We both chose the Savory Onion Tart (14) of a house-made tart filled with Roasted Onions and celeriac puree, bourbon mustard, glazed venison sausage and cranberry gastrique.
Lyd moved on to the Cedar Plank-roasted Salmon (39) with sweetpotato mash, house smoked bacon, autumn vegetables, broccoflower and apple cider gastrique.
I had the 64oC Buffalo! Buffalo!! Buffalo!!! (49) of grilled buffalo strip steak, chipped buffalo mac and Cotswold Cheese, English peas, crispy shallots, buffalo sausage, braised cabbage apple-cranberry slaw, and blackberry demi.
