Lunch at Le Cellier

Background
At 12:30, we presented ourselves at the podium at Le Cellier and were promptly seated. Heather, from Calgary, was our server. We started with a bottle of Fess Parker Riesling (39) which accompanied their fine bread course. Lyd ordered the Artisanal Cheeses (15) and I selected the Cedar Key Clams (14) of La Fin du Monde Beer-braised Middle-Neck Clams, ginger-butter sauce, & pretzel croutons. We each moved on to the side dish of Smoked Macaroni & Cheese (10) of Tillamook & Black Diamond Cheddar, Orecchiette pasta and Nueske's bacon.
