At 0623, it’s 69 at Bay Lake Tower, and we’re headed for Animal Kingdom. We lucked out on busses with one arriving just as we got to the bus zone. Arriving at Animal Kingdom, we activated our annual passes, though we can’t extend them until closer to the expiration date. We headed straight back to the Killimanjaro Safari and had a good tour. We walked through the Gorilla Forest Trail and then enjoyed the festival of the birds show. From there it was on to Linda’s noon reservation at Yak & Yeti. Following lunch, we took in the Festival of The Lion King show which has been pared down (no tumble monkeys or aerial work) and then headed back to the bus and Bay Lake Tower. At 1630, we headed for the monorail and back to the Grand Floridian and out to Narcoossee's .
