Lew picked Austin's for Tuesday's lunch out. She started with glasses of Sycamore Cabernet (9) while I had iced tea (3.10). Lyd selected Cajun Grilled Shrimp (14.40) of 10 jumbo shrimp grilled with Cajun seasonings placed on garlic bread and a garlic cream sauce for dipping. I started with Seared Ahi Tuna (14.40) of spice rubbed & seared rare with a soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. For her entrée, Lyd chose the Chicken Pad Thai Bowl (16.50) of chicken in a traditional “Street Vendor” stir fry; sweet and spicy with a citrus finish, carrots, bean sprouts, egg, red peppers, basil and cilantro topped with peanuts tossed with rice noodles. For my entrée, I picked a Cheeseburger (13.40) of 100% Angus Burger, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and a signature sauce. |
