Tom selected Masa for Thursday's lunch out. Lew started with glasses of Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon(10) and I had iced tea (3). Lyd chose the Seafood Soup (8) and I started with Crab Meat Salad (8). For her entrée, Lyd chose the Pink Lady Roll (14) [Inside: shrimp, spicy crabmeat, mango, flying fish roe, tempura flakes, outside: pink soy bean sheet] and I selected the Masa’s Prayer Roll (14) [Inside: spicy crab, avocado, cucumber outside: four different caviar], the Rainbow Roll (14) [Inside: crab stick, cucumber, avocado, outside: tuna, salmon, yellowtail, fluke] and the Hurricane Roll (16) [Inside: shrimp tempura, spicy tuna. outside: blacken tuna, avocado, cucumber, wasabi spicy mayo, eel sauce]. We both brought home half the sushi for dinner.
