Buddy Winter, 2023 Spring

January 5th: Rudy Payne and his mom and dad came for a visit. He's bigger than me and a LOT more active. It was OK. December 30th: I have my own doctor! Dr. Scott and his lovely assistant Mattie came to check me out. He and Mom discussed my diet, my incision and my ears. He didn't hurt me. December 24th, 2023: Well, here I am. Pat and Joe dropped me off in this, my new home. I spend most of my day napping on the sofa, but nighttime is in my new Mom and Dad's bed that gets warmed up with a heated blanket. I think I'm gonna like it here. Joe & Pat were great to me. My Dining Room I like Leo & D. This was supposed to be my day bed. This is much better. December 15th, 2023: Hello. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Holly, and I'm visiting today, though I think it might be a little more involved than just a visit. I'm a King Charles Spaniel, 5 years old, with a checkered past. Currently, I live with Joe and Pat Migala, who rescued me and are getting me back to health. I got spayed and had 28 teeth removed two days ago, so I'm not feeling too great, right now. I mentioned my past. It seems I'm a mom - - many, many times. They tell me I was in an Amish Puppy Mill where my job was to have puppies. Lots and lots of puppies. Anyway, it seems I might be here, on approval, to see whether or not this might be my new home. Kate brought a bed that used to belong to her cat, Tess. Stay tuned.
