Lyd has picked Mimmo's for Wednesday's lunch out with Bill & Kate.
Bill picked up the check and started with a pair of Tito’s and tonic.
We started with a shrimp cocktail for Lyd, and
Bruschetta [Fresh diced tomatoes & red onions marinated in olive oil & herbs over toasted homemade bread. Drizzled with balsamic glaze and topped with mozzarella] and
Stuffed Mushrooms [Stuffed with crab meat. Drizzled with Balsamic glaze] for the table.
Kate had Tortellini [Cheese filled tortellini, topped with marinara sauce] with a side Caesar, while
Lyd ordered Cabernet and Seafood de Mare [Lobster, shrimp, clams, & mussels served over a pomodoro risotto], and
Bill chose the Risotto Pescatore [Lobster, shrimp, clams, & mussels served over a pomodoro risotto] with a side of Seafood Soup.
I picked the angel hair pasta with meat sauce, mini meatballs and a side Caesar.
