We're going to renew the October Party from many years ago.
We'll ask SKDL to plan games and we'll serve heavy hors-de-oeuvres.

Jen texted that she was ill, so she Mark and the pup wouldn't make it, but Sal, Kate and Leo came (D was at a track meet) and Ann, Santo and Corvita were here, along with Bob and Mary Beth.
We served Apple chips, Beef Filet w/baguette, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Brie Wheel, Crab Dip w/Fritos, and Tiramisu.
Mary Beth supplied a fruit bowl.
Ann brought cucumber sandwiches and SKL brought a pretzel tray.
We added Garlic and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, Grape Jelly Meatballs. Ham Spread, Rotel-Velveeta dip w/tostito chips, Whiskey Sour Punch, and a Spooky Trail Mix from Nuts.com.
We played board games in the sunroom and cards in the dining room.
Everybody was gone by 1800 taking plenty of leftovers.
