We have an 1850 ADR, and have asked for Nadim as our server.

We tried to visit Israel, as planned, but he had already left.
Nadim was our server, as requested.
Lyd started with a Paradise Punch (8.50) while Bill had double Titos & Tonic (16.75), and I had a Maker’s Mark Manhattan (16.75).
For appetizers, Lyd started with PB Hen (18) of fried mushrooms while Bill had Key West Pink Shrimp and Octopus in Huancaína (21)
and I had Citrus-cured Hamachi (22) of Passion Fruit Nuoc Cham, Compressed Star Fruit, Pasilla Oil, and Blood Orange-puffed Tapioca.
For entrees, Lyd picked Tile Fish (48) with Boniato Confit, Fennel, Seafood Velouté.
Bill chose the Guava-barbecued Short Ribs (54) and I had the Grilled Porcelet in Al Pastor Marinade (49) with Marcona Almond Mole, Braised Cabbage, Green Onion Soubise.
For dessert, Lyd picked the profiterole trio (14) of Vanilla Custard, Dulce de Leche, Pumpkin Cream,
while Bill chose Macchiato (14.50) of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur Coffee Cremeux, Espresso Veil, Coffee Sponge, Mascarpone Ice Cream, Warm Morita Chile Chocolate Sauce,
and I picked the Guava Cheese Fusion (12) of Guava Mousse, Goat Cheese Cheesecake, Pistachio Feuilletine, Chantilly, Guava Gel, Tuile Butterfly.
