The Plan:
Monday takes us back to EPCOT, and a rope drop of 0830.
Lunch is at GEO-82 at 1210, before returning to the room for R&R.
Another Uber will take us to the Boardwalk where we have 2 seats at the bar of the Flying Fish at 1900.

ROUGH DRAFT
At 6:41 it’s 65° and we’re headed for Epcot. At 07 30 we took the two monorails to Epcot going first to Soarin , then living with the land, followed by journey into imagination. We went to France where Lydia bought a scarf and then out to Italy where she bought a pocketbook and then to Norway, where Lydia bought a sweater. Having completed her shopping, she bought me a margarita in Mexico and then a Tito‘s and tonic in England. We went through spaceship earth via the handicapped entrance and then went up to GEO 82, starting with a pair of brown butter, old-fashioneds (28) we added the cannellini hummus (14) fungi flatbread (15) truffled Aji tuna (23) and jumbo lump gateau (25) and finished with a pair of “walks to the garden” zero-proof (17). We then headed back to the monorail and the hotel..
I napped from 1400 to 1600. At 1730, we went down front to wait for our Uber driver, Jose, who took us to the Boardwalk. We were early but were still seated in two seats at the bar. Lyd started with a Hendrix martini and I had a tall Tito‘s and tonic. She enjoyed a butternut squash salad and I had gazpacho. For her entrée. Lydia selected the fruiti de Mare and I had an excellent Chilean Seabass. She had a dessert of a New York cheesecake. We called for another Uber, Reuben, who took us back to Bay Lake Tower. We were back in the room at 8 PM. At 2049, it’s 81.
