Decades ago, we discovered that Walt Disny World takes the opinions of its guests seriously.
We alawys responded to the comment card that used to come in the mail and now come in emails.
That method didn't give us the venue we needed to recognize that handfull of cast members, each visit, that went the extra mile in looking after our enjoyment of WDW.
Therefore, we created our Pixie Dust List. We carry business cards on-property that we hand out when we encounter someone special.
They read:
"You Made Our Pixie Dust List.
Today, you made our visit more magical and we're telling Disney all about it."
Each trip, soon after retuning home, we send our list to Guest Communications, where, we've been told, they have a "file" on us.
After our nominees are positively identified, our emailed comments are sent to each cast member and to his/her supervisor.
This is our small way of saying thanks.

2. April, 2013
Wednesday, April 17, about 1000: My wife had a facial at Senses in the Grand Floridian and was very impressed with Alexandra.
Wednesday, April 17, about 1800 at Citricos: Malik, though not assigned as our server, remembered us from previous visits, visited and made a special effort to make us feel welcome. Viviana, a Guest Service Manager, was particularly gracious and liberally spread her pixie dust. Chef Phillip, as always, made recommendations for dinner and made us feel special.
Thursday, April 18, about 1800 at Jiko: Holly, a chef at The Cooking Place, was delightful and full of personality. She added a lot to our dinner experience.
Friday, April 19, about 1830 at Le Cellier: Laura, a hostess "earning her ears," just bubbled! We'd had a short wait for a table, but she helped us forget it. Jessica was our server and her expertise added a lot to the experience. Kiki, a Guest Service Manager, visited and made the dinner more magical.
Saturday, April 20, about 0900 at the Contemporary Bus loading zone, Jacob was assisting bus passengers. He was loaded with information and very helpful to guests.
Sunday, April 21, about 0940: We always enjoy the Safari ride at Animal Kingdom, but many of the drivers have "canned" speeches. Brittany was our driver. She was very professional and we commend her for her service.
