Decades ago, we discovered that Walt Disny World takes the opinions of its guests seriously.
We alawys responded to the comment card that used to come in the mail and now come in emails.
That method didn't give us the venue we needed to recognize that handfull of cast members, each visit, that went the extra mile in looking after our enjoyment of WDW.
Therefore, we created our Pixie Dust List. We carry business cards on-property that we hand out when we encounter someone special.
They read:
"You Made Our Pixie Dust List.
Today, you made our visit more magical and we're telling Disney all about it."
Each trip, soon after retuning home, we send our list to Guest Communications, where, we've been told, they have a "file" on us.
After our nominees are positively identified, our emailed comments are sent to each cast member and to his/her supervisor.
This is our small way of saying thanks.

For two consecutive nights, we sat at the sushi counter at the California Grill. On Wednesday, Leo, from Indonesia, recognized us as previous guests, and quickly enlisted Jorge, from Miami, in a tag team to entertain us and to enhance our evening. Though both were very busy, both nights, cooking and "sushi'ing," they interacted with us, made it clear that they appreciated our presence, and added a lot of magic to two dining adventures. This earned them a pair of Welsh Pixie Dust List Cards.

At Animal Kingdom, we headed for the Kilimanjaro Safari ride. Finishing the ride at 0948, Anna, our driver on Simba1 had, literally, bubbled at her excitement of having us on her tour. Unless you were tour veterans (like us), you would never have known that a lot of the animals were no shows this trip. She covered very well and it was obvious that our fellow travelers were thrilled with the tour. This performance, in the presence of adversity, earned Anna our Welsh Pixie Dust List Card.
