Lyd started with a pair of Brown Butter Old-Fashions (28@) of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon, Brown Butter, Maple. Hella Cocktail Co. & Mexican Chocolate Bitters.
I had a Peach Shrub Whisky Smash(26)of Toki Suntory Whiskey, Lustau Amontillado Sherry, peach and mint shrub and bubbles,
followed by a Pink Peppercorn Clover Club (25)of Fords Gin, Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery, Raspberry, Pink Pepperecorn, & lemon.
We enjoyed four of the five small plates:
Jamon Iberico Croquetas (22) with Tomato Gazpacho Sea Salt, & Sorrel Leaves;
Funghi Flatbread (15) with Roasted Mushrooms, Miso-Mascarpone, Mozzarella, Fontina, Pickled Cipollini Onion & Black Garlic Molasses;
Cannellini Hummus (14) with Pumpkin Seed Pistou, Radish, Preserved Lemon, Fresno Peppers & Lemon;
and Truffled Ahi Tuna (21) with Barrel-aged Japanese Whiskey-Soy-Truffle Ponzu, Nori, Sushi Rice, Daikon, & Black Sesame Seeds .
