| Tom selected Austins for Thursday's lunch out. Lyd started with a “Barrel into Fall” (15) of an Old Fashioned Redemption Wheated Bourbon, Averna Amaro, maple syrup and black walnut bitters, aged in oak and served over a large rock with a maple candy, while I had a “How Do You Like Them Apples” (12) of spiked and spiced apple cider made with simmered Angry Orchard, clove, cinnamon and orange peel, served hot. Lyd moved on to their Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken (21) with a side salad (3) and creamed spinach (4). I selected the Ahi Tuna app (17) and a half-rack of ribs (20.70) with fries and baked beans. |
