Ham & Cheese Sliders
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted Butter
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
2 tsp Dried Minced Onion
12 King’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
9 oz thin sliced Deli Ham
8 oz thin sliced Swiss Cheese
Procedures:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
Keep the rolls connected and slice the whole slab in half horizontally, so you have one top piece and one bottom piece.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Layer the ham and Swiss cheese evenly over the rolls.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
Recipe Notes: Make ahead: Assemble without the topping, cover, and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Add the topping right before baking and bake about 5 minutes longer.
