Lyd adores the Hudson Valley Foie gras with Brioche French Toast, Honey-Ginger Sauce, and Apple Chutney ($15) which was accompanied by a lovely glass of Royal Tokaji, Tokaji 5 Puttonyos '99 ($15). She also tried the Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Basil ($11) (not pictured) and didn't find it that good. | This was our great cooking staff.
