After last week's disappointment at Zia's, some real Italian food was needed, so we returned to Flavors of Italy.

Margaret selected Dewar's and Soda (5.75). |

Lyd selected a glass of Navarro Merlot (6). |
|
|
Tom selected an excellent Maker's Mark Manhattan (6). |
|
|
|
Margaret tried the Crab Bisque, (4) and pronounced it excellent. |
|
|
Tom and Lyd each had a Side Caesar, which is excellent. |

Margaret selected a Godfather's Pizza of pepperoni, sausage, roasted peppers, mushrooms, onions, sauce and mozzarella. (11.95). |

Lyd selected Seafood Pasta of scallops, shrimp and mussels sautéed in alfredo sauce and served over fettuccini (19). |
|
|
|
Tom's Veal Francesca of sautéed veal with capers, white wine and lemon butter sauce is served with angel hair pasta sautéed with onions, spinach and provolone (19). |
