Today was a travel day.
Our first flight was to leave Salisbury Airport at 0715; due to arrive in Philadelphia at 0800.
We were scheduled to leave Philadelphia at 1000 and be in Orlando at 1241.
Chris Peters, Mears Transportation, was to pick us up and take us to Bay Lake Towers (BLT).
Dinner was scheduled for 1800 at Artist Point, in Wilderness Lodge.
I had written to Matt, our friend and sous chef, to tell him we're coming.

Dinner at Artist Point |
Michael, the area manager, stopped by to say hello before turning us over to Osiris, our server for the evening.
She took drink orders before our old friend Sous Chef Matt came out of the kitchen to exchange hugs and make recommendations for our evening fare.
Before the cocktails came, Matt produced a couple of champagne toasts.
Lyd started with a Martini and I had a Margarita.
Matt followed this with an amuse bouche.
Lyd selected the Risotto and I selected the Smokey Portobello Soup.
Lyd’s entrée was the Salmon, and, on Matt’s recommendation, Tom had the Blue
Prawn and Crab “Hot-Pot”.
For dessert...Chocolate Indulgence.
