Dinner at Citricos
Cindy, the Area Manager met us in the lobby.
We chatted with Phil, the chef de cuisine and he introduced us to Carlos, the Food and Beverage Manager.
As requested, Malek was our server and we were seated close enough to the kitchen that Phil spent a lot of time chatting and advising us on our dining selection.
Viviana, a new manager spent some time with us and we added her to our cast list of favorites.
Lyd started with a frozen mango margarita and I had my Maker’s Mark Manhattan. Malek presented us with an amuse bouche.
Chef Phillip recommended the Grilled Georgia Quail.
Lyd chose the Sautéed Shrimp.
For dinner Lyd chose the Golden Tile Fish.
For me, Phil recommended the Berkshire Pork Two Ways.
Citricos is so comfortable to us that we’re going to double up on Citricos and the California Grill in April and forego the Flying Fish.
At the end of dinner, the monorails were back in operation, and we returned to the room.
