FEBRUARY AT DISNEY WORLD February 13-18, 2011

We're spending the week of Lyd's 62nd birthday at Bay Lake Tower at Walt Disney World.

<<< Friday, February 18, 2011 >>> We were up at 7, again. We packed and then went down to Wave for breakfast. This was our only disappointment of the trip. Service was slow and the meal wasn’t very good. I know it’s picky, but if you are served tea, there ought to be a place to put the tea bag other than on the table. If you’re served a biscuit, there ought to be butter or some kind of preserve. That is so un-Disney. Derrick, of Mears Transportation, showed up right on schedule to take us back to the Orlando Airport. I went through one of the new image scanners and it was effortless; certainly better than the invasive grope. The flight to Philadelphia both departed and arrived on time, as did the flight to Salisbury. When we got home, we discovered the new doors had been installed and the couch had been repaired and returned.
