I'm officiating at the Commissioner's Academic Challenge at the Coronado Springs Hotel at Walt Disney World. Margaret is with us again and we're staying at Bay Lake Tower.

Background
Dinner at The California Grill.
We went up to the California Grill at 1745. A reserved table by the window was waiting for us, as was Honolulu Gary with a load of new stories. Manager Gary also stopped to say hello. The table had been reserved with a bottle of Selbach-Oster Berkasteler Badstube Riesling ’09 (60) and we elected to keep it. Yoshie agreed to make a Maku No Uchi platter for me. Sous Chef Jason presented us with an Amuse Bouche. Margaret had the Creamy Spring Onion Soup. Lyd started with the Asparagus Tart. Then both ladies ordered the Maine Lobster Salad. Gary & Gary presented Margaret with Chocolate Cake.
